What is collected

When you send a message through the contact form, the studio receives the name, email, phone number and message you type. When you buy through checkout, Shopify collects your name, shipping address, email and payment details in order to process and deliver your order; the studio sees your order and shipping details but never your card number.

How it is used

Your information is used to reply to you, fulfill your order, arrange shipping and, if you have asked about a commission, to carry on that conversation. If the studio ever starts a newsletter, you will be invited to opt in; you will not be added to anything automatically.

Who else touches your data

Three kinds of service providers are involved in running this website: Shopify for checkout and payment processing, the web host for serving pages and delivering contact form email, and shipping carriers who receive your delivery address. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Cookies

This site itself does not set tracking cookies. Shopify's checkout uses cookies necessary for the cart to function. Embedded fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical data such as IP addresses when your browser fetches them.

Your choices

You can ask at any time what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. Email summerrays7@gmail.com and it will be handled personally.

Children

This website sells art and is not directed at children. The studio does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
